How fast will I get an alert?
We check availability every minute. The moment a seat opens, you get a text.
Can I get a refund?
Alerts are non-refundable, but we monitor until your target date passes.
What if tickets open while I'm asleep?
You'll still get the SMS. Availability usually stays open for about 30 minutes once it flips.
What's the difference between One-Time and Unlimited?
A One-Time Alert ($5) texts you once, only when your full ticket count opens. Need 3 seats but only 1 opens? You won't be notified. An Unlimited Alert ($10) texts you every time any seats open, even just 1 — so you can grab seats as they appear.
