We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Unpaid alerts are automatically deleted after 24 hours. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

By providing your phone number and purchasing an alert, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Dry Tortugas Alerts. Message frequency varies based on ferry availability for your selected dates. Message and data rates may apply. We will never send more than one alert per availability change per date you are monitoring.

We use essential cookies for admin authentication. We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
